Michelle T. Clark – mclark1988@bellsouth.net Legal Assistant

In May 2014, Ms. Clark joined our firm. She has more than 20 years’ worth of legal background in family, tax, estate planning, and probate law in North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Her career began in North Carolina as a legal secretary for AT&T field offices. She assisted in property searches, surveys, right-of-ways, and land acquisitions for running fiber-optic cable.

Ms. Clark focuses on helping people through very difficult times in their lives. During the six years before joining us, she was a legal assistant with a prominent tax firm in Jacksonville. This gives her a unique understanding and perspective on the challenges presented with estate and probate tax issues.

She is adept in finding people, records, and personal property that have gone missing or simply vanished. This is a great help when it comes to tracking down potential heirs of an estate.
